Don’t mess with Jerusalem world – God has his eyes set upon it!

Zec 12:2  Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of reeling unto all the peoples round about, and upon Judah also shall it be in the siege against Jerusalem.
Zec 12:3  And it shall come to pass in that day, that I will make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all the peoples; all that burden themselves with it shall be sore wounded; and all the nations of the earth shall be gathered together against it.

Did you read those words carefully. ‘All that burden themselves with it shall be sore wounded’. What?

all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces; all that attempt to unsettle and remove it shall be pressed down with the weight of it, and be utterly destroyed: or, "shall be torn to pieces" (c); as men’s hands are cut and torn with rough and heavy stones, The Targum is,

"all that injure her shall be consumed;” [Gill]

Another perspective…

(Zec_14:4, Zec_14:6-9, Zec_14:13). Jerome states it was a custom in Palestine to test the strength of youths by their lifting up a massive stone; the phrase, “burden themselves with it,” refers to this custom. Compare Mat_21:44 : The Jews “fell” on the rock of offense, Messiah, and were “broken”; but the rock shall fall on Antichrist, who “burdens himself with it” by his assault on the restored Jews, and “grind him to powder.”
all … people of … earth — The Antichristian confederacy against the Jews shall be almost universal. [Jameison, Fausset and Brown]

Remember that God is jealous for this land…

Zec 1:14  So the angel that talked with me said unto me, Cry thou, saying, Thus saith Jehovah of hosts: I am jealous for Jerusalem and for Zion with a great jealousy.

Considering what the bible says about Jerusalem and Zion then the recent goings on in Jerusalem is quite dangerous to those who involve themselves and lift their hands up against it!

Check out this…

“All of Jerusalem is on fire today,” said M. on Tuesday, as he gazed out over the golden Dome of the Rock from a traffic circle atop the east Jerusalem neighborhood of Ras al-Amud.
Smoke was rising from trash bins that had been set alight inside the neighborhood’s narrow alleyways and a police helicopter that had been circling the area all morning buzzed overhead. Then came the boom of a stun grenade and a rush of police officers decked out in full riot gear.
“Forget a third intifada,” M. said. “This is war.” [source]

“Forget a third intifada, This is war.”

Very, very dangerous to say this. If this is war, war with who? Remember God said that “HE” would make Jerusalem a stumbling block and that “HE” would make Jerusalem a cup of reeling which means intoxication! Remember that God said that it is “HE” who is jealous for this piece of land! So who will the world be at war with according to scripture?

Here is another news snippet…

Palestinians at the scene gave a range of reasons for their anger, but there was one common theme – a growing feeling that they are being squeezed out of Israeli-occupied East Jerusalem, where they want the capital of their future state.

[…]"Every time Jews go up [the Temple Mount], there are huge riots… I don’t believe people protesting should stop freedom of religion."

Like Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, he maintains Jerusalem is Israel’s eternal, undivided capital.

"The US would never be asked to divide Washington, France would never be asked to divide Paris, why should Israel be asked to divide Jerusalem?" he asks.

It is not an opinion all Israelis share – but it is a view Palestinians fear currently has the political upper hand. [source]

“they are being squeezed out of East Jerusalem??? Well, how this…

In 1936, after the death of Sheikh Izz ad-Din al-Qassam (one of the inspirations for Hamas) and the Mufti of Jerusalem (who would go on to collaborate on the Holocaust with Adolf Hitler), Arab rioters drove the Jews out of the neighborhood with cries of Ibtach Al Yahood (kill the Jews). Over 500 Jews were murdered during this time. Many more fled their homes ahead of the enraged Islamic mobs.
The following was a sample of some of the Arab Muslim brutality toward the Jews at the time. [read more about the historical account regarding East Jerusalem HERE]

Notice that the term Israeli-occupied East Jerusalem is being used. Is that really the case? Biblically speaking this piece of real estate does not belong to Muslims but to God who gave it to the Jews! They have been gathered there in unbelief according to Ezekiel…

Eze 36:19  and I scattered them among the nations, and they were dispersed through the countries: according to their way and according to their doings I judged them.
Eze 36:20  And when they came unto the nations, whither they went, they profaned my holy name; in that men said of them, These are the people of Jehovah, and are gone forth out of his land.
Eze 36:21  But I had regard for my holy name, which the house of Israel had profaned among the nations, whither they went.
Eze 36:22  Therefore say unto the house of Israel, Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: I do not this for your sake, O house of Israel, but for my holy name, which ye have profaned among the nations, whither ye went.
Eze 36:23  And I will sanctify my great name, which hath been profaned among the nations, which ye have profaned in the midst of them; and the nations shall know that I am Jehovah, saith the Lord Jehovah, when I shall be sanctified in you before their eyes.
Eze 36:24  For I will take you from among the nations, and gather you out of all the countries, and will bring you into your own land.

So what is it about this that has upset the Obama administration…

Israel approved a construction project to build housing for its own people, in its own capitol city, Jerusalem. Some of the housing will be built in the Shimon HaTzadik neighborhood, situated around the grave of Shimon the Righteous, a Jewish religious figure famed for rebuilding the walls of Jerusalem. A neighborhood where Jews have lived for over a century. As well as Ramat Shlomo, a thriving neighborhood with thousands of Jewish families living in it.
The Obama Administration’s objections to Jews living in Jerusalem are purely racial and religious. If Israel were approving a construction project to build housing for Arab Muslim citizens of Israel, Biden, Hillary and their media troupe wouldn’t be screeching about it to the high heavens. It is only because Jews are to live there, that they have a problem with it. Their objections therefore are purely based on race and religion– and completely racist. [source]

Obama and the rest of the world are playing right into the hands of God and its not going to be pretty. The world will be judged by God at some point. Are we getting closer to that judgement?

Time will tell.

  1. Amazing! What a bunch of Christian Zionist garbage! We know who is killing women and children and in what numbers!

124 Israeli children have been killed by Palestinians and 1,441 Palestinian children have been killed by Israelis since September 29, 2000. This is just a sample of what the NaZionists have done!

“We have no alternative..” but to kill children.. stated your Jewish Zionist Nazi, Tzipi Livni! Go ahead and tell me that God ordered this? If so, He must have ordered Hitler to do what he did to the Jews!

May the Holy Name visit retribution on the Arabs’ heads, and cause their seed to be lost, and annihilate them, and cause them to be vanquished and cause them to be cast from the world. It is forbidden to be merciful to them, you must give them missiles, with relish – annihilate them. Evil ones, damnable ones.” – Ultra-Orthodox Shas Party spiritual leader Rabbi Ovadia Yosef, in a sermon, 8 April 2001. He has also called Arabs “snakes” whom “God regrets having created”.

    Blasphemy!

“We must use terror, assassination, intimidation, land confiscation, and the cutting of all social services to rid the Galilee of its Arab population.” Israel Koenig, “The Koenig Memorandum”

And these barbarians and thugs think that God is on their side? Or yours? What a joke!

Interesting to see that secular news sites are quoting scripture!

The question in this current controversy centers on Jerusalem and whether or not Jews are able to build in the city they call their “eternal and undivided capital.” One wonders if it’s possible that one day this kind of controversy will bring the nations to gather around Jerusalem as the prophet Zechariah once wrote.

“I am going to make Jerusalem a cup that sends all the surrounding peoples reeling. Judah will be besieged as well as Jerusalem. On that day, when all the nations of the earth are gathered against her, I will make Jerusalem an immovable rock for all the nations. All who try to move it will injure themselves.” (Zechariah 12: 2-3)

As the prophet Zechariah said, Jerusalem is an immovable rock. Perhaps it’s advisable for the U.S.’s secretary of state, vice president or even president not to try to lift it.

  4. Words cannot express my anger at Obama and his administration. I want him out! I saw all this coming with him before he was even elected. I truly believe he is obsessed with destroying my country. I could rant and rant but I won’t. I just pray for God’s mercy. He was able to distinguish between the Egyptians and the His own during the time of the plagues and I hope He will do so for us in the coming days when surely Yahweh will stand up in wrath. Praise be to Him in the highest and all Glory and Honor for His righteous judgment!!!!

  6. I just returned from Israel. I was in Jerusalem March 12, 13, 14, and 15. The tension was palpable. My Israeli friends were reeling with bitterness over Joe Biden’s “betrayal.” Streets I traveled easily one day, were blocked the next with armed police and soldiers. They were not smiling. People were being turned away from the gates entering the Old City. At the Jaffa Gate bazaar (Via Delorosa,) shops displayed every conceivable souvenir with the slogan “Pray for the Peace of Jerusalem.” Impossible! Better to pray for strength of conviction and God’s grace to live it out.
