YouTube – Todd Friel & Justin Peter’s on Todd Bentley pt2 of 2

Justin Peter’s account about the wheelchair bound man is absolutely heartbreaking and I am disgusted at this heretic called Todd Bentley…

  1. Hi Vee, this thing is nothing new. Twenty years ago I used to go to similar meetings in Sydney. The same type of charlatans were doing the same sort of things, trying to get people in wheelchairs to “exercise their faith”. All I ever saw come from it was confusion and deception, so I ran from it with my family and my advice to anyone who is really intent on following Jesus Christ as the Scripture reveals Him, is that they should run from it too. We will always have deceivers until Christ returns, in fact they will become more plentiful. We need to see them for what they are and “come out from among them”. Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever, Vince.

  2. Hi Vince,

You are so right in running away from this deception. I reckon there is going to be a lot of people how come out of this who will be hurt and need real healing of the heart and spirit.

I agree with you in that these things and much more will become even more plentiful and unholy as we get closer to His return. How bitter sweet. I look forward so much to His return, yet I know that unspeakable things have to happen before He does come again. We must remain diligent and persevere in His Word, test all things against what He said. We must try to keep a watchful eye, even though I sense that the we are like the disciples during their night watch. They fell into a heavy sleep because of their sorrow. We are constantly told to wake up!

Thanks for stopping by Vince and commenting, I pray that things are well!

  3. Amen to both! Things are going to get worse… What a sobering fact.

Justin also did a show with Ingrid Schleuter on VCY America’s “Crosstalk.”
    Its archived…

His site is so worth going to:… be sure to watch “demo.”

    God bless you!!!

  4. Great, Vee!

Have you read about TB kicking a stage 4 cancer man in the stomach yet? Or seen the video? So profoundly disturbing… I mean, there are no words…

Ingrid Scheuleter on SLICE asked where the police are. “Enough is enough.”

  5. Actually if you think about it the reason why there is not real healings (or signs and wonders) being manifest is because the preaching of true gospel of Christ is not there. So in a sense is kind of is “a lack of faith”. If the bible says that faith comes by hearing and hearing from the word of God but no word of God is being preached like the apostles of the bible and Jesus did preach then how can true healing manifest? It can’t. Neither will there be any active faith for the healing. It is actually a false faith. There is more dependence on Todd Bentley to heal than there is on Jesus Christ or His word. Jesus and the apostle preached the gospel then signs and wonders followed the preaching of the gospel not the apostles alone or their own words. The bible says 2 Cor 4:5 For we do not preach ourselves but Christ Jesus as Lord, and ourselves as your bond-servants for Jesus’ sake. Jesus and the word of God must be the focus of when we assemble together. For what are we uniting ourselves to if this is not the focus. Praise and worship is not the focus. Because that is not Jesus Christ. If we preach the word of God by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit and people come for the purpose of seeking Jesus and hearing His word not for manifestations or a “good time” then we will be able to see true healings manifest because we are building believers up purely on the word of God through the Spirit of God’s help. Faith is then being encouraged and built up on Christ. Everyone is to blame really. Not just any one person. But those who have called themselves “leaders” who have not taught the unadulterated pure word of God but given them an entertaining show built up on false words or on what men can do will be held accountable unto God for leading people astray for teaching what is false and damnable heresies. And those who followed this without taking the time to know God for themselves and get His word in their hearts like the Bereans will be held accountable for not being responsible for what they hear and what they follow instead of the true Christ. Faith is not built upon what men say nor faith healers or some hyped talk or entertaining music and fasinations but by the word of God going into our ears and being digested in our hearts, mind, and spiritman.

  6. Excellent points Candy.

The sad thing is that I personally know of several people who I thought to VERY grounded in the Word, so much so, that I nearly fell off my chair when I heard that they are attending the meetings that have come about because of this Florida move.

The pastor of a Church that I know of went to Florida within a few weeks of the break out to get IT and bring IT back to his Church. Then that Church advertised it as the Florida Outpouring that is GOING to happen on such and such a date. These were only the night services, it is regular Church in the morning…. why that is I don’t know???

Anyway, on their website they credit healing to the Florida Outpouring, yet the healings are not 100% they are anywhere from 50% to 90% healed. This does not make sense to me biblically at all.

The only way I can make sense of all of this is that because there is not 100% healing, the need to come back to finish the job would be pretty great.

  7. Well if its any consolation a friend of mine told me that they had a pastor friend who took a group from their church to the lakeland meetings…when the pastor was in the bathroom washing his hands the Holy Spirit told him to “get out of here. This place is filled with wizards and witches.” and he left…So “who” is telling the truth here? I know this pastor heard the Lord speak the truth to him. These others who are going out of repetition and continued conditioning to a lack of preaching the gospel for many years…

Wow…they are giving credit for healing to the Florida Outpouring! Oh my 😦 I thought Jesus was the one who heals? EEK! I just love what the apostle Paul said and cannot stop using this scripture.2 Cor 4:5 For we do not preach ourselves but Christ Jesus as Lord, and ourselves as your bond-servants for Jesus’ sake.

There are 2 things that have to be evident when it comes to our walk with God. That is the word of God and the Spirit of Truth (Holy Spirit). Both go hand in hand. I have seen some really good bible expounders but eventually when it comes to the deeper truths of God’s word they didn’t have the Holy Spirit to guide them and they lean to their own understanding. They you got the people like Todd Bentley who go so far out in the spirit realm that they cross what is lawful within the confines of the word of God. The word of God is effective when wielded by the Holy Spirit. I have even heard some preachers speak out a truth but the spirit they spoke it out of was not the Holy Spirit. They end up speaking out a truth with a perverted perception of that truth and if one doesn’t have the Holy Spirit they will have a hard time being able to recognize the difference between the Spirit of God and another spirit speaking. Remember how with the girl with the spirit of divination that followed Paul and Silas around. She spoke out a truth. She was saying “These men are bond servants of the most High God who are proclaiming to you the way of salvation.” What she said was a true statement but the spirit working through her was not of God. Only by the Spirit of God can we be able to detect even the most deceitful works of the devil. But you can notice that within her words the spirit speaking through her was putting an emphasis on “THESE MEN”…Where those who are led by the Spirit of God will always point to Jesus and exalt Him above men. Some of my favorite scriptures…
2 Tim 3:1 But realize this, that in the last days difficult times will come.
2 Tim 3:2 For men will be lovers of self, lovers of money, boastful, arrogant, revilers, disobedient to parents, ungrateful, unholy,
2 Tim 3:3 unloving, irreconcilable, malicious gossips, without self-control, brutal, haters of good,
2 Tim 3:4 treacherous, reckless, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God,
2 Tim 3:5 holding to a form of godliness, although they have denied its power; Avoid such men as these.
2 Tim 3:6 For among them are those who enter into households and captivate weak women weighed down with sins, led on by various impulses,
2 Tim 3:7 always learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.
2 Tim 3:8 Just as Jannes and Jambres opposed Moses, so these {men} also oppose the truth, men of depraved mind, rejected in regard to the faith.
2 Tim 3:9 But they will not make further progress; for their folly will be obvious to all, just as Jannes’s and Jambres’s folly was also.
2 Tim 3:10 ¶ Now you followed my teaching, conduct, purpose, faith, patience, love, perseverance,
2 Tim 3:11 persecutions, {and} sufferings, such as happened to me at Antioch, at Iconium {and} at Lystra; what persecutions I endured, and out of them all the Lord rescued me!
2 Tim 3:12 Indeed, all who desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will be persecuted.
2 Tim 3:13 But evil men and impostors will proceed {from bad} to worse, deceiving and being deceived.
    2 Tim 3:14 You, however, continue in the things you have learned and become convinced of, knowing from whom you have learned {them,}
2 Tim 3:15 and that from childhood you have known the sacred writings which are able to give you the wisdom that leads to salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.
    2 Tim 3:16 All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness;
2 Tim 3:17 so that the man of God may be adequate, equipped for every good work.
2 Tim 4:1 I solemnly charge {you} in the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who is to judge the living and the dead, and by His appearing and His kingdom:
2 Tim 4:2 preach the word; be ready in season {and} out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort, with great patience and instruction.
2 Tim 4:3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but {wanting} to have their ears tickled, they will accumulate for themselves teachers in accordance to their own desires,
2 Tim 4:4 and will turn away their ears from the truth and will turn aside to myths.

    God Bless

  8. Candy… sorry it took me so long to get back to you…

You bring up some really valid points, especially about that woman in the book of Acts who spoke about THESE MEN

These men are bond servants of the most High God who are proclaiming to you the way of salvation.” What she said was a true statement but the spirit working through her was not of God.

I’ve had several people who comment who are very much like this over the last year or so.

The thing is this… I was once involved with the occult, and was saved from it… I was fooled into thinking that I was talking with the dead and with angels and that I was a white witch.

All the while these dead people were nothing but demons.

Then I came to the knowledge of Jesus Christ, even though I had been brought up a Christian for all of my life.

But even then, I was mixed up with a teacher that had been excommunicated from the Church that I and others were attending at the time… we had all come out of the occult. This teacher was a spiritualist and mixed spiritual mysticism with Christianity… we had no idea about his excommunication as we were told by him that he was a pastor at this fairly big Church that we were attending. We only saw him at our fellowship group which he led.

When the actual pastors from the Church found out that all the ex-occutlic’s that had recently been attending Church was fellow-shipping with this guy… they totally freaked out.

Even though I had said a prayer of forgiveness it was when this guy was praying in tongues and was imparting all sorts of stuff into me….

I need to be cleaned and have hand laid upon me in a scriptural way.

Before this happened though, this spiritualist, mystic Christian had done an exorcism on me…which went terribly wrong…

Looking back, I reckon he had awakened my kundalini, because actual light and sparks for coming from my head that other witnessed. More stuff happened that night which I would rather not go into detail.

I thought that that night I had been saved….

I was wrong, I had not been given the Word of God at all and there was no possible way for me to get the Truth of the Word from a guy who still practices what I was trying to get out of.

Anyway, the pastors heard about this strange little group of ours… and got right on it within only a few weeks…

And one legit pastor came up to me and said that I was still heavily burdened by demons…

    I said…

that i didn’t want prayer because the last time someone prayed it was very freaky and it scared me so much!

He said, that that wouldn’t not happen, because when the Holy Spirit operates He does it with much love and He will comfort me. The pastor said that he would pray for me in the foyer of the Church…. As people were coming out! I was shocked, because I thought that I would be electrifying and thrashing about with strange noises… I really didn’t want people to see me like that, it was horrendous.

He said that wouldn’t happen like that, and that it will all be done quietly…

He was absolutely right… Just this amazing burden lifted, and I was a new creation.

So…. when I see people thrashing about, with strange noises and they say it is the Holy Spirit, I see it for what it is…

Thanks for your comment, and I agree with that pastor that it is a most powerful delusion that has been sent!
