Mat 6:28 And why do you worry about clothes? Consider the lilies in the field and how they grow. They don’t work or spin yarn,
Mat 6:29 but I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was clothed like one of them.
Mat 6:30 Now if that is the way God clothes the grass in the field, which is alive today and thrown into an oven tomorrow, won’t he clothe you much better-you who have little faith?
Mat 6:31 "So don’t ever worry by saying, ‘What are we going to eat?’ or ‘What are we going to drink?’ or ‘What are we going to wear?’
Mat 6:32 For it is the gentiles who are eager for all those things. Surely your heavenly Father knows that you need all of them!
Mat 6:33 But first be concerned about God’s kingdom and his righteousness, and all of these things will be provided for you as well.
Mat 6:34 So never worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own."

Lomography…
This post is just to indulge my ***ahem***… artistic side. I have just had some film developed from two different cameras. One is the Holga 135BC which actually broke not long after I went to a Japanese Garden to take some shots. I loved that camera and I think I may buy another one. Holga and I had something quite special. She was my first love as far as the plastic fantastic lomography goes.
The other one is my new Diana F+, which is actually a camera that uses a 120 film format. I have been using a 35mm film it it… consequently, most of the photos have 1/3rd of the image missing. Oh dear… I have to get use to this camera and I will persist with it, I will NOT give up. But before I even consider ending our relationship, I simply must try the 120 format because that is what the camera is designed to use. The advantage of the Diana is that it comes with a flash and you can take of the lens and use it as a pinhole. Which is what I really want to do eventually. The other thing with the Diana is that you can buy other lenses that just clip on, such as fisheye, macro etc…, so it is a lot more versatile — that is what I think anyway.
Both cameras are plastic, including the lens, so you get this very dreamy look to the photos. You get unusual light leaks and vignetting which just adds an old look to the photo which digital cameras can’t even come close, no matter how much photo-shopping people try.
Anyway, here are some shots with the Holga…

Holga Photography; Postmodern – Interpretive Movement
If you like life and movement captured on film as I do, then perhaps you would like some of my photography that you can find at a new site that I have just started…
It’s called “How the Holga Sees“
This photo is just one of a few taken with my third reel of film, I hope to come up with some more interesting shots of movement; postmodern – interpretive photography that combines film with a little bit of adobe; which is something that I am exploring.
It’s fun anyway

Holga Seas Trees
One of the advantages to this cheap camera is the way you can use double or even triple [the skies the limit] exposure on one frame.
This photo has two exposures in it. The first one was the beach, and the second one was of the trees that outline the coast.
Looks strange doesn’t it???
I really want to experiment with this camera…. it’s so much fun!
Anyway, my weekend is here…it’s a Saturday morning, and I am going to spend it with friends and those I love, so take care!

My Girl… talking bout my girl
Holga Portrait 2, originally uploaded by livingajourney.
I have just bought a cheap Holga 135 BC camera… And today, I went out with my girls and took this photo. The Holga camera is classed as a toy camera, but I really like the soft focus on it.
What do ya think of this pic?

Check out these pictures….
I just received an email from my hubby, and I really wanted to show you some photos that are truly mind blowing!
Several days ago [6th May 2008], a volcano that had been dormant for 9,000 years near the coast of Chile erupted spectacularly, hurling liquified metals and lightning many miles into the sky. The results, which you see here, are called a “dirty thunderstorm,” and are quite rare. Nobody is certain what causes them, but according to National Geographic it’s believed to be “the result of rock fragments, ash, and ice particles in the plume collid[ing] to produce static charges-just as ice particles collide to create charge in regular thunderstorms.” Want to see a photo ?
Amazing aren’t they?
