The Children Are the Key

poster55375284

I found this article via facebook which I thought was pretty good. It’s about teaching children biblical truth…

It is in the minds and hearts of our children that the battle will be fought.

[…]Something shocking came to light: that—of those who left the church—if they attended Sunday school regularly as kids, they were actually worse off! That is, they were more likely to become anti-church, more inclined to defend abortion and “gay” marriage, and more likely to believe in evolutionism and millions of years than those who didn’t go to Sunday school regularly!

One of the main reasons is that most Sunday school curricula only teaches disconnected Bible stories. They don’t teach how we know the Bible is true, how to defend the faith, and how to answer the sceptical questions of today. The Children Are the Key – Answers in Genesis

The article considers some important points about the importance of teaching children biblical truth from a young age. But what I found even more interesting is that there were comments from a broad range of people on facebook.

One commenter says…

So this is what it is all about: Trust Him with your life. Forget the legalism; let His Spirit guide you!…
And THIS is what we need to teach your children: connect to the spirit as early as possible! Using the bible to separate right from wrong only leads to legalism; let Him guide you!

Can you see a flaw in this statement?

The keys to unlocking the Truth of Scripture

RK1 Renaissance keys OneI have just found an article that gets down to the nuts and bolts of interpreting scripture. With soooo much liberal hermeneutical principles being applied today, this post stands in stark contrast and explains how to understand the scriptures the way they were intended to be understood.

Worth reading if you don’t understand the historical, grammatical hermeneutical method of interpretation.

Our goal should be to understand the text as God and the human writers of Scripture intended. To understand correctly any passage of Scripture, Christians must first ask, “What kind of passage is this?” Unlocking the Truth of Scripture – Answers in Genesis

Demonology – what does the bible say?

An interesting article about demons and satan…

Demons have always opposed God, His purposes, and His people. In the Old Testament days, demons brought attacks against God’s nation, Israel. Demons also oppose the Church, Christ’s body.

They promote false doctrine and divisions, they produce false teachers and followers, and they incite persecution. No other religion of the world receives such opposition and deadly persecution. Satan and demons hate the Messiah—the Creator who became the Savior—and anyone who follows Him.

Satan and demons have not faded from the scene. They continue their evil activity. Their activity is more blatant in some places than others, but their presence is still experienced worldwide. The Bible warns that their activity will reach new heights in the future. The pinnacle of satanic activity will be embodied in Antichrist and his program (2 Thessalonians 2:9).

The Fourth Kind

Author Gary Bates went a saw a movie called “The Fourth Kind” which is a documentary/drama about alien abduction. He has been one of few Christians that has extensively researched this topic. He has written a review about this movie which is worth a read as it clearly explains that there is something spiritual happening to people which he does not deny.

But are these encounters aliens from another world or are they something far more sinister?

The portrayal of the scarred Tyler is harrowing, though. Although this may be a fictional account, the reality of such seriously damaged people is only too evident to those involved in abduction research. It is the real evidence of altered and broken lives that is only too recognizable as the fruit of the evil one using such deceptive and destructive practices to spite His Creator and turn the very subjects that God loves away from Him. Sadly, this fact is lost on secular researchers. Amazingly, the last scene with Tyler is extremely revealing. Her interviewer asks, “You said they claim to be God” (one entity was recorded saying these words in the movie). Tyler responds and says, “No, they

A grand illusion

People are not being abducted by aliens.
Nor have advanced extraterrestrial races evolved on other planets.
Nor has God created such races of extraterrestrials. However, many people are having real experiences at the hands of deceptive fallen angels and demons. These entities are creating an elaborate charade that undergirds (and is undergirded by) the theory of evolution which also undermines God’s rightful place as King of the universe. The experience can be real, but the charade is not. As some well-known Christian commentators also noted:

“… how credible is it to think that literally thousands of extraterrestrials would fly millions or billions of light-years simply to teach New Age philosophy, deny Christianity, and support the occult. . . . Why would they consistently lie about things which we know are true, and why would they purposefully deceive their contacts?”

One thing he writes and something that I totally agree with, is that the Church should have answers for these people who have been so traumatised by their experiences with these deceptive beings.

He writes…

This area of spiritual warfare should be “bread and butter” for the church. It grieves me that many leaders do not know how to reach, and are not even willing to try and understand what is happening to, these people. A loving church that could embrace and explain this phenomenon will have people turning up at its door for answers. Unfortunately, most experiencers that I have met have felt shunned by the church. Instead, they seek the assistance of those in the UFO community who, sadly, will only reinforce the lie that they are being visited by highly evolved benevolent beings from another planet.

A must read article called The Fourth Kind!

In The Days: Current news events in the light of biblical prophecy » Official disclosure of extraterrestrial life is imminent

nephilim2 Ok…I said I was going to have a break, but I did happen across a post on one of my favourite blogs “More Books and Things” that needed to be brought to light. Please use discernment in regards to this topic. Remember that we should have our eyes fixed only on Jesus and His Word.

I have blogged about Aliens and the possibility of disclosure this year HERE. And you can find my other posts regarding this fascinating topic HERE. From these posts you will learn that there is a massive push for governments and other NGOs to disclose what they know about “Aliens” and “Advanced Technology”!

The following quote is from a Christian site that looks at current political events in light of biblical prophecy and I guess we will just have to wait and see if anything at all comes from this…

Obama’s September 24, 2009 chairing of the UN Security Council meeting on nuclear non-proliferation and disarmament, signaled his emerging leadership role in tackling major global issues such as nuclear weapons. The Nobel Peace Prize was an important step in giving global legitimacy to President Obama in making an extraterrestrial disclosure announcement. Obama is therefore poised to play a prominent role in the increased global governance that will be necessary after an extraterrestrial disclosure announcement. The timing would most likely coincide sometime soon after his Nobel Peace Prize acceptance speech on December 10, 2009 in Oslo, Norway.

There have been various sources that have revealed deliberations are underway to make an announcement concerning the existence of extraterrestrial life by the end of 2009. These include, Dr Pete Peterson, a whistleblower who has recently emerged revealing high level discussions have taken place concerning announcing the existence of extraterrestrial life. In a Project Camelot interview, Dr Peterson revealed that “Obama is planning to disclose the reality of ET contact by the end of the year; and that most, but not all, of the ET visitors are friendly.”
Another source is David Wilcock, a prominent researcher of emerging scientific paradigms. Wilcock has been told by additional independent sources that extraterrestrial disclosure will take place by the end of 2009. He furthermore claimed in a Coast to Coast AM radio interview that “a 2-hour international TV special has already been booked that will introduce an alien species, similar to humans, to the world.”

In addition, popular NASA and space researcher, Richard Hoagland, has publicly come forward to reveal that the October 9, LCROSS ‘bombing’ mission of the moon, discovered an ancient base at the moon’s South Pole.

In The Days: Current news events in the light of biblical prophecy » Official disclosure of extraterrestrial life is imminent

Interestingly, the whole energy crisis is part and parcel of this whole disclosure plan. Meetings are taking place concerning the continuation of burning fossil fuels and how this is destroying our earth. In these meetings they speak about extra-terrestrial technologies that would put a stop to all of that. Dr. Stephen Greer has started a website called orionproject.org and this website seeks to bring scientists together to talk about environmental and social crisis concerns…

The Orion Project is an organization created to transform the current energy, environmental and social crisis into a world of sustainability and Enlightened Abundance.

Technological progress in the areas of advanced physics and electromagnetic systems, if appropriately supported, will enable humanity to live on the Earth with a minimal footprint with genuine long-term sustainability.

For over 100 years, these advanced concepts in energy generation have either been ignored or actively suppressed due to the power of fossil-fuel based economic and industrial interests. [source]

Listen to this youtube where Dr Stephen Greer speaks about the possible coming disclosure and the economic reasoning why it has happened yet. He also speaks about the current global energy crisis and how advanced technology from these “aliens” may just help save the world from itself.

For more youtube on this see HERE.

Advanced technology from unusual sources has happened before. In the days of Noah the sons of God visited and pro-created with the daughters of man. They produced the Nephilim.

Gen 6:4 The Nephilim were in the earth in those days, and also after that, when the sons of God came unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them: the same were the mighty men that were of old, the men of renown.

Notice that it says that the Nephilim were on the earth during the days of Noah and also after that.

These Nephilim/Watchers according to the book of Enoch also gave rise to great technical advancement on the earth before the great flood. This time was of a “Great Awakening” for humanity.

Another Christian author has come to the same conclusion that these ‘Aliens’ are demonic forces, the same forces found in Genesis 6…

UFOs are real, they’re just not from outer space. So says Chuck Missler in his informative book, Alien Encounters: The Secret Behind the UFO Phenomenon. Missler is convinced that the alleged aliens publicized these days are demonic forces, and equates them convincingly with the angels that co-habited with women in Genesis 6. Stay with me for these few paragraphs and see if your curiosity isn’t piqued just a bit. Granted, there are many details we don’t know about the pre-flood days, but in my opinion, Missler’s hypothesis fills in a lot of gaps (Matt. 24:37). Read more at – A Deception of Cosmic Proportions

Anyway, much more could be said about these ‘Watchers’ also known as the ‘Nephilim’ and to the secular world they are known as ‘Aliens’. In fact, they go by many different names depending of the culture. Just googling “Ancient Astronauts” “Star gods” “Anunnaki” will bring up a wealth of information about these ancient visitors. In fact, almost every ancient culture shares the same kind of story about “Star gods” coming down and creating mankind! This is called “Panspermia”.

The book of Genesis says that we are created in the image of God – a monotheistic God! But it does go on to talk about the sons of God coming down and copulating with the daughters of men!

An Essay Concerning Giants, by Dr. Thomas Molyneux M.D., Philosophical Transactions 1700-Taking the Logic out of Mythological

essay-giants1

Here is a little bit of information I came across today about some Gigantic human bones that had been found and studied sometime back in 1700. They were brought to the attention of Dr. Thomas Molyneux, M. D., Fellow of the King and Queens College of Physicians in Ireland and of the Royal Society in England”.

Biblically of course Giants existed. They are recorded throughout the Old Testament and giants have been documented in other cultures too!

The essay was first published in “The Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society”…

The Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society, or Phil. Trans., is a scientific journal published by the Royal Society. Begun in 1665, it is the oldest scientific journal printed in the English-speaking world and the second oldest in the world, after the French Journal des sçavans.

It has remained in continuous publication ever since 1665, making it the world’s longest running scientific journal. The use of the word “philosophical” in the title derives from the phrase “natural philosophy”, which was the equivalent of what we would now generically call “science”.

Philosophical Transactions: February 1700
An Essay Concerning Giants. Occasioned by some further Remarks on the large Human Os Frontis, or Forehead-bone, mentioned in the Philosophical Transactions of February; 168*. Number 168 By Dr. Thomas Molyneux, M.D. Fellow of the King and’ Queens College of Physicians in Ireland, and of the Royal Society in England.

Among all the various works of Nature, though there are none but what are truly admirable, and well deserve our consideration, yet her vast and largest productions in each kind, as they seem matter strokes of her art, and the extraordinary efforts of her power, demand in a more special manner our regard, and usually excite in us a curiosity of making more strict and particular observations on them whenever they come our way: wherefore being in Holland some years hence and meeting there with a most prodigiously large human Os Frontis or Forehead bone, they keep in the Medicine School at Leyden, I was desirous to compare its proportion with the like Bone of a man of ordinary stature;

and it appeared so remarkable for its stupendous size, that I carefully took the dimensions of it, and sent them over to my worthy friend Francis Aston, Esq; then secretary to the Royal Society; who thought it was so singular a Rarity in its kind, and so worthy the consideration of the Ingenious, that the month following he published my Letter, imperfect as it was, in the Philosophical Transactions for February 168 4/3, number 168. And there were Giants in the earth in those days and also after that…

Gen 6:4  There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown.

Writing in La Nature: revue des sciences et de leurs applications aux arts …, Volume 18, in 1890, under the title “The Fossil Giants of Castelnau”, de Lapouge took a calculated risk in presenting his findings to a skeptical scientific audience, which he acknowledges.

De Lapouge noted that no one would contest the fact that giant (mega) animals had existed in the past, quite apart from dinosaurs. Wouldn’t it seem reasonable, he wrote that at the time of the existence of these giant animals that man retained the same ratio of size to those creatures that he exhibits today?

The evolution of mysticism…

creation Roger Oakland is on to something here…

There is no question mysticism and superstition, which modern science was supposed to have eliminated has made a comeback in Great Britain. The shops in Glastonbury were filled with spiritual paraphernalia which would make one think we had returned to the pagan past.

At the core of these resurrected ideas was the basic belief in evolution. Man, according to the "new spirituality" is on the verge of taking a giant leap of evolution. "Space brothers" or "spiritual guides" who it is believed have evolved to a "higher lever," are waiting for us to make the leap. Meanwhile, worldly intellects are encouraged to spend their time practicing yoga, humming mantras or rubbing crystals. There are many ways to contact the "gods."

Read more at – From the Lighthouse – Lighthouse Trails Research

What didn’t surprise me is that the human evolutionary paradigm leads humanity towards mystical evolution. From my own research on evolution there is a growing question of intelligent design. The thing is science does point to some sort of intelligent design and more evolutionists are finding this fact harder to deny. But for those who refuse to believe in the biblical account of creation they are left with the question of intelligent design. How did we all get here?

Professor Richard Dawkins in the following youtube explains the possibility of “ID”. An outside intelligence that may come in the form of a very early cosmic civilisation which has possibly seeded this earth.

Yet, he still admits that these earliest civilisations [of which we have no proof] have come about through Darwinian evolution! One has to wonder about how the earlier space brothers were seeded? And round and round we go! This doesn’t answer the question about how we all got here, but merely pushes the question further back to an inconceivable time. Oh dear!

What I reckon is going to happen is that we will have space brothers visit on a mass scale of which no-one can deny they exist. But these space brothers are waiting for humanity to be primed and ready for this visitation. Sounds a little too weird hey?

But this has happened before.

Jacques Vallée [he has been studying UFOs for more that 50 years.  In the film ‘Close Encounters of the Third Kind’ the character of the french scientist played by François Truffaut was modelled after Jacques Vallée] has written a book called ‘Messengers of Deception’ in which he writes possible global scenario.  One Amazon reviewer says…

What makes Messengers of Deception particularly fascinating is that Vallee cautiously sketches out his belief that some agency with enormous power of various kinds is and has been “staging” thousands of technologically complex, essentially ‘fake’ UFO sightings around the world with the pointed intention of manipulating and guiding civilization, and man himself, in a very specific direction.

The apparent goal of this agency is to encourage mankind, via a belief in the impending arrival from the heavens of the benevolent ’space brothers,’ to become anti-scientific, irrational, infantile, dependent, and endlessly hopeful that the essential problems of man—including his mortality—can be permanently overcome through the multi-prismed salvation the [false] “space brothers” offer.

Other goals include ‘the reversal of the scale of values,’ “leading to a new understanding of social good, the abolition of borders, and the death of nationalism,” ‘goals’ which are certainly becoming the reality in today’s American.

Which raises the question: who or what has such enormous, organizational God-like power?

Interestingly, when you have researched this topic inevitably you will find yourself at sites that are very Mystic and New Age with the emphasis on Ghia “Mother Earth”.

Logical Fallacies: The Fallacy of the Question-Begging Epithet

Understanding fallacies is an important step towards a better debate. A very good article that helps to explain how certain fallacies are used emotionally. When this happens logical argument is thrown out of the window…

One of the most common fallacies committed by evolutionists on the Internet is the fallacy of the question-begging epithet. This could be considered a specific sub-type of begging the question (the fallacy of merely assuming what one is trying to prove).

Erosion by Corby Stephens

biblicalinerrancy Corby has done an excellent job in discussing the inerrancy of the bible in his latest post called “Erosion”. It is a thoughtful and personal piece.  He writes about the question as to why inerrancy is being debated among the emerging/emergent movement and why compromise with the Word of God has happened today…

There is an ongoing discussion in amongst Christians concerning the idea of the inerrancy of the Bible. This discussion, coupled with past talks I’ve heard regarding the Emergent Church camp and it’s generally communicated views on scripture, as well as my own personal Bible study journey over the past 18 years, have today brought this observation to mind.

The Nephilim

This is a very intriguing video about the Nephilim. In the ten minutes of footage it explains that ancient cultures all have a story about giants in the land. The bible even speaks about the giants which in Hebrew is translated into Nephilim…

The other thing that this video makes mention of is the book of Enoch. I have read this book, the book explains about the Nephilim who were also known as  “The Watchers”. These Watchers came down to earth to copulate with women.

These Nephilim/Watchers according to the book of Enoch also gave rise to great technical advancement on the earth before the great flood. This time was of a “Great Awakening” for mankind.

After the flood the Nephilim came and did the same thing. After the flood we notice great advancements in technology within many ancient cultures as well. This is often a stumbing block for evolutionists as they believe ancient man was less advanced than we are today. The truth is ancient cultures were advanced but in a different way, think of the pyramids and the Mayans with their accurate map of the known universe. After the flood there was an explosion of advancements within a short period of time.

Question is… are we going to have “The Great Awakening” happen again? The Nephilim have not gone away! As in the days of Noah then destruction will come — that is how the last days are described in the bible.

Luk 17:26-30 Just as it was in the days of Noah, so will it be in the days of the Son of Man.  They were eating and drinking and marrying and being given in marriage, until the day when Noah entered the ark, and the flood came and destroyed them all.  Likewise, just as it was in the days of Lot–they were eating and drinking, buying and selling, planting and building,  but on the day when Lot went out from Sodom, fire and sulfur rained from heaven and destroyed them all–  so will it be on the day when the Son of Man is revealed.

Why does this NOT surprise me?

Gotta love this…

Every once in awhile something arises in the secular, scientific community which we feel needs to be shared. This article appearing in The Washington Post proposes that genetic scientists were surprised to discover that all the races on the planet are linked to just three common groups. They had expected to find dozens of distinct groups, but instead have found that they can all be traced to a common heritage they identify as African, Eurasion, and East Asian.

Allow us to congratulate them on their findings which seems to confirm what God’s Word established long before the word “genetics” was even invented, that all mankind is descended from three groups we know as the sons of Noah: Ham, Shem, and Japheth, through whom all the world’s people groups trace their common heritage. Sometimes science is not just fun, but downright funny [source]

Twitter puts the pressure on concerning Iran!

twitter Who would have thought that a with just a few characters – 140 to be precise – you could make such a difference. I do have a twitter account and I have to say that I have found some very good articles and points of view from all over the world via other twitter’s. Not only that, but if you set up your twitter account to your facebook account anything that you twit will automatically appear on your profile, any links that you find any posts that you make on your blog etc.

Facebook for me has been another place that has a wealth of good information that people have come across. Let me say this though, facebook can contain a lot of rubbish too. But I have facebook friends like “Answers in Genesis”, “Lambert Dolphin” and “Raymond Gano” all of which put out some very needed information for bible believing Christians concerning a large range of topics.

Here are a couple of quotes taken concerning the power of twitter…

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – The U.S. State Department said on Tuesday it had contacted the social networking service Twitter to urge it to delay a planned upgrade that would have cut daytime service to Iranians who are disputing their election.

Confirmation that the U.S. government had contacted Twitter came as the Obama administration sought to avoid suggestions it was meddling in Iran’s internal affairs as the Islamic Republic battled to control deadly street protests over the election result.

Twitter and Facebook have been used as a tool by many young people to coordinate protests over the election’s outcome. [source]

The last few days have seen users of the Internet (and Twitter in particular) flex their muscles in ways that I would not have imagined only a few months ago.  Over the weekend, users of Twitters blasted CNN over its lack of coverage of the Iranian elections and the accompanying protests over claims of ballot fraud. Twitter users even adopted the hashtag #CNNfail to highlight a lack of Iran coverage from the news giant. In response, CNN was forced to defend itself and upped its coverage.

Today, it was Twitter’s turn to be on the receiving end of the negative hashtag #NoMaintenance, as Twitter users, including those in Iran, pleaded with the social network to postpone a 90-minute network upgrade scheduled for this evening.  Twitter is proving to be one of the few ways that Iranians are able to contact the outside world with reports of the protests against the election results. [source]

On a personal note, I do have people who read the articles that I put up… and the feedback that I get is that they have been challenged by them and have liked them which is a good thing. So, if you are a twitterer and/or facebooker keep the news coming, keep up the pressure and keep posting challenging articles on your blogs, or from other sources that you may find on the WWW linking them to these social networks. You may be making a huge difference!

Do the two different accounts contradict each other? – The Genesis Question…

creation

I have come across many people – Christian and others – who claim that the accounts given in Genesis 1 and 2 are contradictory. Therefore the Genesis account of how the world came to be is merely myth. In fact, I have a questionnaire on the right side of this blog which asks the question about ones views on the 6 day creation. The following is what you the reader have answered so far in regards to the question…

Do you have trouble believing in the 6 day creation account found in Genesis?

Option Total

Percent

No 65 73.86%
Yes 17 19.32%
Other Option 5 5.68%
I prefer to believe in the gap theory 1 1.14%
I struggle with it 0 0.00%

Interesting to me is that all that have answered have not struggled with your chosen belief and seem set on your understanding on creation. It makes me wonder if any of you have been challenged in anyway at all, or just chose not to take into consideration any other view point. I know that I have been challenged by it, I have considered the gap theory mainly, but I still remain unconvinced by the ramifications that this theory presents.

Also in the survey there were some “other answers”  that you so kindly gave me to the Genesis question. As you can see from the survey 17% of you have trouble in believing the literal 6 day creation account. Some of you have given some very interesting “other answers” preferring to believe the creation account as a myth, poetic language and/or a metaphor. I am sure that most of the visitors to this blog know that I am of the 6 literal day kinda girl.

I will just say this: The way Genesis was written in the strictest sense is to be understood literally – as the grammar dictates. The best Jewish conservative commentaries have never questioned the grammatical text as a literal 6 days with each day consisting of one full revolution of the earth, for a wonderful article on this see Creation days and Orthodox Jewish tradition.

Other Responses:

  • I have no trouble believing in it, but I’m inclined to think that it took longer.
  • I don’t believe in it
  • Poetic, metaphoric
  • Earth was once just stardust.
  • No trouble believing it but have no trouble with the Gap Theory either

Anyway, Answers in Genesis gives us a very good and brief answer on what seems to be two different accounts of creation, you may want to check it out…

The claim goes that there are two creation accounts: Genesis 1 and 2 give different accounts. In chapter 1, man and woman are created at the same time after the creation of the animals. In chapter 2, the animals are created after people. This apparent contradiction is best illustrated by looking at Genesis 2:19. Out of the ground the Lord God formed every beast of the field and every bird of the air, and brought them to Adam to see what he would call them (NKJV).

The language appears to suggest that God made the animals after making Adam and then He brought the animals to Adam. However, in Genesis 1, we have an account of God creating animals and then creating men and women. The difficulty with Genesis 2:19 lies with the use of the word formed.Read more at – Contradictions: Two Creation Accounts? – Answers in Genesis

Mind Control – Answers in Genesis

An interesting article about the Darwin exhibition …

I found the Darwin exhibit to be a very clever form of mind control, basically consisting of:

  1. Setting up straw-men arguments that totally misrepresent what Bible-believing Christians accept.
  2. Showing how wrong Christians are for believing the things they supposedly believe (which they don’t believe in the first place!).
  3. Convincing visitors that Darwinian evolution is true, and that one is a fool to believe otherwise (and certainly foolish to believe the Bible).

Plants rights? The latest evolutionary absurdity

picking_flowers

All righty then… now I have a legitimate excuse not to mow the lawns!!!

Have you mowed your lawn lately? If so, you may have committed a grave ‘plants rights’ crime, according to the Swiss Federal Ethics Committee on Biotechnology. In what reads like a clever parody, their twenty-four page report argues that plants may well be deserving of nearly the same reverence a human life is due (of course, in practice, these hypocrites would treat plants with greater reverence than human lives, see below): Read the rest HERE.

The new Cosmic Christ

Straight out New Age…

The tasks ahead for Emergent Christianity include: * Wresting questions of eternity away from its Greek timeless bias. * Wresting evolutionthe story of lifeaway from both Literal Creationism and Materialistic Darwinism. * Wresting Orthodoxy back from Enlightenment modernity. * Wresting Imminence (God in Creation) away from Pantheism (God is creation), as well as Deism (God is separate from creation) in a Panentheistic approach (God is in All and All is in God). * Developing a new cosmology, a new universe story, based in what the new science is making known, and a postmodern view of creation, and discovering the Cosmic Christ within this story. Some good and very interesting things are documented at the s8int.com website.

And the following link has some of the most fascinating information on Dinosaurs in Literature. A site really worth checking out…

Here at s8int.com, weve put up over 80 pages in our Dinosaurs in Literature, History and Art Section to prove that quite clearly, dinosaurs and man interacted in what we call ancient history.

(Gk. “not written”) The agrapha are those sayings of Christ that were not recorded by the Gospel writers, yet are attested either in the traditions of the early church or in other New Testament books. A definite example of an agrapha is recorded in Acts, 20:35 where Paul says, “Remember the word of the Lord Jesus, [...]

In my opinion, Thanksgiving Day is one of those days when the inconsistency with which North Americans view persecution is the most glaring.  To that end, I rewrote an older article this year for Thanksgiving Day here in Canada (October 12). I would like to draw attention to it for our many American readers as well.  Click here to read Thanksgiving, Freedom […]
