Todd Bentley says that as a preacher he hardly preaches!

Todd Bentley speaks to Trevor Baker saying that he has only preached only three, may be four times in three weeks!

Todd released a Prophet Mandate to carry this Outpouring to Dudley, the Region, the UK and Europe.
