Some interesting sites from the governance side of things that point to an every-increasing reliance of governmental power being divested from our sovereign countries framework and invested more and more into policy-making &lt;a href="http://www.csis.org/" rel="nofollow"&gt;NGO's&lt;/a&gt;.  Here are some interesting sites, note the one about the &lt;a href="http://7revs.csis.org/sevenrevs_content.html" rel="nofollow"&gt;7 revolutions&lt;/a&gt;.  I know of some of the key people tied into this through the educational program for this that is going on through the New York Times partnership with Epsilen CMS and their "uni-versity": &lt;a href="http://epsilen.com/Epsilen/Public/Home.aspx" rel="nofollow"&gt;The New York Times "KnowledgeNet"&lt;/a&gt;.</description>
