No,God is still in charge ,He warned the people back in Noah's day that a flood would come to destroy the evil ,which left only 8 people to repopulate the Earth. The weird,wild unusual weather at present is from a God of love as a warning. He is about to do it all over again. No PM or man can change the weather, no matter how rich they are.
