The Fix
Someone recently challenged me on my belief in Israel’s right to exist, saying that I had a political agenda and that I painted my politics with a good lick of god-paint.
I do believe that God has set apart a land and people for His will to be revealed so that the whole world will know that God is the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. It is biblical for me to do so.
There are many forms of Zionism, Dual Covenant/Two Covenant theory being one of them of which I do not agree with. J J Prasch puts it well when he says this of ‘Dual Covenant Theory’…
As Jeremiah 31:31 states, The New Covenant was made with Israel, and dual covenant beliefs claiming Jews can be saved apart from The New Covenant are a lie of Satan. Those not bringing Israel the New Covenant have a mere social and political gospel which from the view point of scripture is no gospel at all. J J Prasch

I believe that the land of Israel belongs to God and that the jews are the rightful tenants because of what the bible says and not because it suits any political agenda… Lev 25:23 And the land shall not be sold in perpetuity; for the land is Mine; for you are aliens and tenants with Me. I have always believed in the separation of Church and State because of what the bible says and because of how Christ led his life. He did not come to execute a political overthrow of the government at the time. Although, His second coming will do so. We live in between the first and second coming, and the world at present belongs to Satan, as Christians we are told that we are not to be friends of the world…
Jas 4:4 Adulterers and adulteresses! Do you not know that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? Whoever, then, purposes to be a friend of the world is put down as hostile to God.
Compare 1Jo_2:15. The term world here is to be understood not of the physical world as God made it, for we could not well speak of the “friendship” of that, but of the community, or people, called “the world,” in contradistinction from the people of God. Compare Joh_12:31 1Co_1:20 The “friendship of the world” (φιλία τοῦ κόσμου philia tou kosmou) is the love of that world; of the maxims which govern it, the principles which reign there, the ends that are sought, the amusements and gratifications which characterize it as distinguished from the church of God. It consists in setting our hearts on those things; in conforming to them; in making them the object of our pursuit with the same spirit with which they are sought by those who make no pretensions to religion. What is the world’s political agenda concerning Israel? A look at the United Nations would give us a clearer view of this.
In an upcoming book called “The Nuremberg Trials: Last Tragedy of the Holocaust,” written by Ellis Washington, the author speaks about what happened after the creation of Israel and how there was a need for a special committee on Palestine because of some problematic countries, those countries being Egypt, Lebanon, Syria, Jordan and Iraq …
The day after the U.N. resolution was passed granting Israel statehood, five Arab nations (Egypt, Lebanon, Syria, Jordan and Iraq) attacked the Jews and the infant Jewish state in a devastating united front.[…]
In 1947, the U.N. General Assembly created the United Nations Special Committee on Palestine, or UNSCOP, to propose a solution to the Palestine problem. To make the committee more “neutral,” none of the great powers were represented. This was a strategic coup for the U.N. and the Arab states in their conspiracy to bring to conclusion Hitler’s “Final Solution.” Why? Because the U.S. (one of the five permanent members of the U.N. Security Council and Israel’s greatest ally) and Great Britain (the colonial power over most of the Middle East including Palestine) would have limited input on the Palestine/Israeli peace negotiations with the Arab states regarding Israel’s statehood, or even its existence. The fix was in
UNSCOP’s partition plan was summarily rejected by the Palestinian Arab leadership and by most of the Arab population. Likewise, many prominent Jewish leaders rejected the proposal out of hand.
The U.N.’s treachery against the Jews by creating this so-called “Partition Plan” or in modern parlance “Bush’s Two-State Solution,” rather than following Begin’s One State Solution, has lead directly to the Muslim’s jihad against the Jews, Christianity and the West worldwide,[…] @U.N. And so now we have a continuing problem that can be traced back to the very beginning of the UN’s history. Israel is still a thorn in the United Nations side and will continue to be so because of ‘The Fix’.
This shouldn’t surprise us really. Why? Because scripture says that Israel and Jerusalem in particular will be a burdenesome stone for all the world … Zec 12:3 And it shall come to pass in that day, that I will make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all the peoples; all that burden themselves with it shall be sore wounded; and all the nations of the earth shall be gathered together against it.
The world doesn’t want Israel! But I reckon God has other plans!
To be continued… ( I think???)
