Living Journey

Seven Chakras - The Interior Castle

I remember that I wrote a post back in April last year that implied that the next move in the apostate church will be the introduction of ‘Centering Christian Chakras’. In that post I was seeing the trend of centering Christian chakras slowly infiltrating the Church through the emergent movement and the New Apostolic Movement.

The sad thing is that this post attracts the most search engine terms in my blog and from people who happen to think good things about this new age/occultic practice.

The other sad thing is that the comments to this post had to be closed because of some very unbiblical occultic advice being offered to one poor lost soul named Joel.

Joel had come to the realisation that he had been interpreting the bible wearing New Age glasses. From what I gather he was heavily into christian chakras (biblically there is no such thing) and kundalini and he is now experiencing spiritual oppression by satanic forces that keep him living in fear. Some really unhealthy spiritual and physical things were happening to him because of his practice of contemplative eastern meditation.

Speaking of the contemplative, there is a push to introduce ‘The seven mansions of the heart’ otherwise known as ‘The Interior Castle’ which as Carla pointed out in her post can be linked with the ‘Seven Charkras’ of the kundalini.

This seven mansions of the heart paradigm is a dangerous form of Transcendental Meditation. Let me be clear, it IS Occultic and it IS a doorway for seducing spirits to enter into the person. Please people, take note … many Christians have been saved from this very occultic new age practice. I happen to be one of them. Why would I want to go back to something that I was released from when I became born again? I was saved out of it, - as were many others - now the Church wants us to go back to it.

They say all roads lead to Rome and the mystics of Rome were the ones that encouraged the contemplative prayer/centering prayer/lectio Divina which they freely admit comes from eastern myticism. This method of prayer is the tool in which many naive Christians are using and as a consequence are becoming part of the biggest delusion that God Himself has sent to judge the house of God.

Did you even know that the House of God is where judgement will begin?

I pray that Carla’s latest post called ‘Seven Mansions‘ will be a warning to people who are unsuspecting but are not totally given over to the delusion and so have started to question whether or not this and other non biblical practices are something that they should be involved with in their Christian walk.

I will give you one very clear scripture where it talks about coming out of a system that has become a dwelling place for demons. It speaks about the Whore of Babylon’s sins being joined together and it speaks about this system that is full of unclean spirits and is a prison of every unclean bird. Jesus calls to His people to get out of her! He is talking about His people to not partake of her adulterouss sins.

Rev 18:2 And he cried in a strong, great voice, saying, Babylon the great has fallen! It has fallen, and it has become a dwelling-place of demons, and a prison of every unclean spirit, and a prison of every unclean bird, even having been hated,

[...]Rev 18:4 And I heard another voice out of Heaven saying, My people, come out of her, that you may not share in her sins, and that you may not receive of her plagues;

Rev 18:5 because her sins joined together, even up to Heaven, and God remembered her unjust deeds.

Rev 18:6 Give back to her as also she gave back to you, and double to her double, according to her works. In the cup which she mixed, mix to her double.

This emergent movement is one that is all inclusive and it has joined people in unrighteousness because of its practices that they call vintage faith. It has made people unequally yoked with unbelievers of the Gospel of the Lord which according to the Holy scriptures, it is by His name only that we are saved and His Word says that we are to worship in Spirit and in Truth. Yet within the emergent circles they deny that truth can be absolutely known.

How long do you think God will contend with this ungodliness?

Scripture is also clear that this is happening as a judgment sent by God for those in the house of God who have become unclean by not adhering to the Word of God.

1Pe 4:17 Because the time has come to begin the judgment from the house of God; and if firstly from us, what will be the end of the ones disobeying the gospel of God?

The judgment happens first in the house of God. Frightingly it also states that the righteous are scarcely saved! Yes, that’s right it says the the righteous are scarcely saved! The righteous with great difficulty are saved. Then, how much harder will it be for those who have become ungodly in their wickedness in joining other gods with the God of the Word.

Scarcely Definition:

μόλις

molis

Thayer Definition:

1) with difficulty, hardly

2) not easily, i.e. scarcely, very rarely

1Pe 4:18 And “if the righteous is scarcely saved, where will the ungodly and sinner appear?”

God will send a powerful delusion because people do not love the Truth once delivered to the Saints. This delusion is now happening within the emergent movement. The New Apostolic Movement has been orchestrated by man and only now are we seeing the fruits of his/mans labour. I may address this New Apostolic Reformation in a later post as this move is only now beginning to unfold and bring to the fore all of its ungodly practices.

We must also remember that in Matthew when Jesus talked about the churches condition and the false prophets before His coming He did say that their love would grow cold because they have become unlawful. Yet … by sheer irony they are the ones that tell people who have discerned this move as not a biblical move, that they are the ones who are too legalistic, simply put, they have become unlawful in their heart and deed. They fail to see that they are acting in a unlawless way because they have not kept to scriptural discernment regarding the teaching and practices that are so prevelant today.

Mat 24:11-13 And many false prophets will be raised and will cause many to err. And because lawlessness shall have been multiplied, the love of the many will grow cold. But the one who endures to the end, that one will be kept safe.

The reason they have been sent a strong delusion is because they have forgotten their first love which is a warning found in Revelation to the Church of Ephesus. The interesting thing is this, the book of Ephesians is a book that biblical scholars agree addresses the key doctrinal aspects of the gospel. Some scholars though certainly not all, have also suggested that this book although addressed to the church in Ephesus was actually a circular letter that went to several churches of Asia Minor but was mainly written for the church in Laodicea.

Regardless whether or not this letter was specifically addressing the church of Ephesus or not, it was a letter that addressed key doctrinal issues concerning the gospel of Jesus Christ - and the warning to the Church of Ephesus later found in Revelation is for them not to forget their first love. We would certainly all benefit from listening and heeding to the advice from Paul when he wrote this letter called Ephesians.

Concerning the Epistle of Ephesians:

The occasion of it was the foresight the apostle had of false teachers that would spring up in this church, after his death, and spread their pernicious doctrines, and draw away disciples after them, and do great mischief in the church; wherefore the design of this epistle is to establish the saints in the doctrines of the Gospel, that so they might not be carried away with the errors of the wicked: the subject matter of it is most excellent; it treats of the most sublime doctrines of grace, of divine predestination, and eternal election, of redemption by Christ, and of peace and pardon by his blood, of conversion by the power of efficacious grace, and of salvation by the free grace of God, in opposition to works: it also very largely treats of the nature and usefulness of the Gospel ministry, and of gifts qualifying for it, and of the several duties of religion incumbent on Christians; and the method which is used is exceeding apt and beautiful, for the apostle first begins with the doctrines of the Gospel, which he distinctly handles and explains, and then proceeds to enforce the duties belonging to men, both as men and Christians. John Gill’s Expostion.

Rev 2:4-5 But I have against you that you left your first love. Then remember from where you have fallen, and repent, and do the first works. And if not, I am coming to you quickly, and will remove your lampstand from its place, unless you repent.

Notice that they must remember from where they have fallen which is a call to them to remember that they were once dead in their sins, but because of the gospel of salvation have been granted a place in the kingdom of God. Notice also that it is possible that the lampstand be removed from the temple of God if they do not repent. The gospel of Christ is one of repentance and that is what they have been called to do - to repent from where they have once been and to remember the first works in their life that came about by their first love of gospel of salvation, the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Unfortunately before Christ comes again the church will have within its visible and its invisible walls a love that has grown cold because they do not love the truth of the gospel anymore.

2Th 2:10-12 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

That delusion is now in the church and we have entered into the time period of the Church of Laodicea:

This church (Laodicea) represents the state of the church, from the end of the spiritual reign of Christ, till the time of his personal appearing and kingdom, to judge the quick and dead; for after the spiritual reign is over, professors of religion will sink into a formality, and into a lukewarm frame of spirit, and into great spiritual sloth and security, Rev_3:15, which will make those times like the times of Noah and of Lot; and such will be the days of the coming of the son of man to judge the world. Its name signifies either “the righteousness of the people”; and so may point at that popular and external righteousness, which the majority of the professors of religion in this period of time will be boasting of, and trusting in; being self-sufficient, and self-dependent, when at the same time they will be naked, as well as poor and blind, Rev_3:17; or it signifies “the judging of the people”; for this church state, at the end of it, will bring on the general judgment; the Judge will now be at the door indeed, standing and knocking; and they that are ready to meet the bridegroom, when he comes, will be admitted into the nuptial chamber, and sit down with him in his throne, in the thousand years’ kingdom, at the close of which will be the second resurrection, when all the people, small and great, shall be judged, Rev_3:19. John Gill’s exposition.

With all that is happening which began as an orchestrated movement where men called for a New Apostolic Reformation whatever unbiblical form it may take- and there is a new reformation happening - the first love of many has grown cold. There is judgment and division in the house of God. There is the spirit of Anti-Christ within the invisible church (who will also become visible at a later date as Daniel the prophet said).

The divide between two paths will only grow wider and more apparent and the path toward ecumenical brotherhood will become even more inclusive by becoming wider still. Such a path only narrows the true path that points us to the cross of salvation. This ecumenical inclusive path is so wide that it seems to be no path at all - but rather a place where there are no clear sign posts to point the way as every sign post is to be believed upon and every sign post can take you there - which happens to be as some have described it a thin place to be.

Is it any wonder that so many in the church are walking labyrinths in desperation and hope to find God in the centre of it all? Yet, they are told that what they are really searching for is that thin place that place where the divine and the human dissolve - a place between heaven and earth - a place that is actually called Shambhala which happens to be a common theme to all mystic revelation no matter what the terminology is to be used.

What times we are living in, they sadden me greatly. I just continue to pray for these lost souls that are walking in circles getting nowhere.

The sad thing I have noticed is that it is the same people who fell for the toronto blessing will continue to be fall for the next fad, the next big thing, the next wave if these people do not test all things according to scripture - that these people are sincerely wanting to find God is a sincere thing to do, but they are looking in all the wrong places. They have been told that He is found in the inner rooms of spirituality the inner rooms of the heart or soul or the human divine. They will be told that it is in the interior castle or within the seven mansions of the heart that is where you can find God. Yet, Jesus Himself when speaking of the last days prior to His coming, the first thing he warns us against is about the false prophets and the deception coming from these wolves in sheeps clothing. We are warned to not believe that He is in the inner rooms. Sadly those who have fallen for this deception previously were walking in a wilderness and felt that this particular annointing was an answer from God. People actually travelled to the other ends of the earth to get touched by this annointing. Yet, Christ warns us:

Mat 24:26 Then if they say to you, Behold, He is in the wilderness; do not go out. Behold, He is in the inner rooms; do not believe.

Jer 5:31 The prophets prophesy falsely, and the priests bear rule by their hands; and My people love it so. And what will you do at the end of it?

What will you do at the end of it?
