I opened up my morning email today and saw that I had an email from Honest Reporting which I thought I would share with you. It is a two minute film put together about the myths and facts surrounding the current mid-east war in Lebanon. I highly recommend it to anyone who is wanting a better understanding of this war between Israel and Hezbollah (party of god).

There are many myths surrounding Israel’s current conflict with the Iranian-backed terror group Hezbollah. Many of these myths have made it into the mainstream media. As part of HonestReporting’s mission to provide our readers with educational tools that can be used when battling media bias, we present the following short film, co-produced with Aish.com. The film exposes some of the widely held myths about the conflict as well as the actual facts that the media should be reporting. It has become clear to me that this war is the tip of the iceberg when it comes to who Israel is really fighting. It is not just Hezbollah, but other countries especially Iran that hold certain ideologies that are not based in fact but are based on propoganda that has infiltrated all forms of media throughout the world. Israel is defending her right to exist amongst nations that want to destroy her. Iran has recently stepped up in speaking against this right, these ramblings are broadcast all around the arab world. Anti-Semitic material has found itself issued throughout the arab world and throughout Europe on such a scale that has not been seen since pre-world war 2. One such piece of work is called “The Protocols of the Elders of Zion” this has been one of the most popular translated books sold in recent years throughout the Islamic world and Europe.

This book was used by the Nazis to justify the final solution to the Jewish problem. And this book has become popular with many Arab governments who have funded the re-printing and distribution through the Arab world and throughout Europe. The Iranian government made a television series that reported the book as factual, the Saudi Government has published in their school books stating the protocols of the elders of Zion are factual. Hezbollah has televised a series stating the Protocols as fact. Hamas in their own charter refers to the Protocols and accepts them as fact. The list goes on.

Two nights ago I watched a TV presentation on SBS called “Anti-Semitism in the 21st Century”, I was a little apprehensive because I have found that main stream media has become decidedly left wing and I thought that this may again reinforce an anti Israel position blaming everything on the Jews.

The documentary was made in France where a lot of Muslim’s live; France has had great difficulty in integrating the Muslim people into the french life. In fact, France is a country that has prided itself on its democratic humanitarian policies, yet still struggles to find answers to the multi-cultural problem that it now faces. Denmark is also having difficulty in this area; Europe is at a cross-roads concerning the 20 million Muslims that now live within this sector of the world making them the largest minority on the continent and Islam the fastest growing religion. Muslims make up to 7% - 10% of the total population of Europe with France having the most per-capita, although, most social scientists believe that this number is too low. If the religion of Islam finds it hard to live within the constraints of a fair democracy, then Islam will find it hard to live within any country that is not Islamic.

The young Muslim men have the highest unemployment rate in Europe and feel completely polarised and isolated socially and economically. This is not an excuse but a fact, the failure to integrate within society spawns hatred against the society which they feel has rejected them. This is a prime reason for their growing fundamentalism. The reason being is that their religion does not call for integration but calls for everyone to submit to Islam (Islam by its very definition means ’submission to “The God’, the legislative meaning is to submit to God by singling him out in all acts of worship and to disassociate oneself from Polytheism, Allah was born out of polytheism he was the moon god, one of many). You still see the crescent moon on national flags where the countries main religion is Islam. This begs the question - can Islam live easily inside a democracy? - I say it can’t, by its very nature it is a religion that calls for complete inclusiveness, complete submission to it and reduces anyone else to an infidel who must either convert to it or live within sharia law and become a dhimmi.

That was a short history lesson, so now let’s get back to the documentary.

To my surprise the documentary was a fair and accurate picture of what is happening in our world today. It was the first time in a long time that I have watched something that was accurate in understanding current anti-semitism. It spoke of the media sponsored propaganda in Europe which is at an all time high, the highest it’s been since pre-world war 2.

This is a scary thought! To be able to have millions of people hate and demonise a whole race on a world scale there must be preparation first. This does not happen overnight, it is a slow process to start with, but once it takes hold then it takes on a life all of its own - and nothing it seems can stop it. This is what Israel is fighting against. The battle is on many many fronts. Israels battle is our battle… a battle against Ideology, Religious shackles that destroys all freedoms and Democracy.

GAMLA has even been noted as saying that this is the beginning of a world war. I am inclined to agree:

It is becoming clear to many around the world that Israel is now in the front of what will become a world war. Even if this was not true, and all the world’s ills were to be only about “The Zionist Entity” as Iran calls us, it is the duty of our generation to repel them with all our strength. 60+ years after another “no-one”, Adolph Hitler, arose and brought destruction to the Jewish people, we cannot allow this to happen again.

There is a way to win the war against terror, but it will be difficult. It will take a general awareness that by siding with Israel’s enemies, one is supporting people who wish to turn the world back to the dark ages, with no human rights, no woman’s rights, no hope for education, no value of the truth, indeed, everything the West has fought for for centuries.
